What are Our Loan Rates & Terms?

From the first loans we issued 30 years ago, Northwest Private Lending has been committed to honest, straightforward, win/win deals with every client we’ve served in the Pacific Northwest. We don’t issue loans based on whether you have good or bad credit. We never try to rope you in with lower advertised rates only to switch you to a more expensive loan. We do not nickel and dime our clients with hidden fees to put more money in our pockets. Instead, we offer equity-based loans at fair, transparent rates and terms that are simple to understand.

We charge a 3-point origination fee on the borrowed amount, a $650 document preparation fee, and 1% interest per month. That’s it.

We do not charge extension fees to clients in good standing. Therefore, if you need to keep your loan a little longer, that’s okay and it won’t cost you. We never charge pre-payment penalties. It will not cost you extra if you only need your loan for a few days or a few months.
