I worked with Erik with a K. He was thoughtful and helped guide me and opened my eyes to a potential issue glazed over by an overly enthusiastic (read pushy) broker. He took time to speak to me and helped ease my fears about buying my loft. He went the extra mile and spoke to the people on my HOA so I wasn't blindsided. A financial instruction that treats you well and really want what's best for you is so very rare. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little more money for a cash deal on your next home. They also finance flips, which is something I'm looking into working with them on in the near future.

I can't cay enough about Eric and Northwest Lending. I tried to get a loan at two other lending companies for three months. The process took longer than expected and in the end the loan did not come through. Eric literally approved and funded the loan in two weeks! He was professional and performed exactly what he said he could do.
