Erik Keyes brings decades of construction and structural knowledge to his role as Regional Director for Oregon and Idaho. Before joining Northwest Private Lending, Erik ran a respected home inspection company for over a decade, served as a Senior Design Specialist for a structural repair company, and gained firsthand experience building and rehabbing properties.

Having walked thousands of properties and solved real structural problems, Erik brings a rare depth of practical insight to every loan he structures. He doesn't just look at numbers — he understands the physical asset, the scope of work, and what it takes to execute a successful project.
