Can I Make Payments To My Loan Online?

We are excited to announce that you can now access your loan account online.  In addition, you will have the option to make a loan payment through the new payment portal within your Northwest Private Lending account. The process is simple. Below is a step-by-step guide to begin.

Here’s how to log in and see your loan details and payment history:

1. Go to nwprivatelending.com.
2. At the top, right corner of the website, click on “Login.”
3. Enter your username and password. Your username is your Borrower ID, which can be found on your monthly statement. Your password is the last four digits of your social security number or EIN.

To make a payment online simply click on “Make a Payment”.  The first time you do this, you will need to enroll.  Your temporary credentials are the same as your login for our website (Borrower ID & last four).  You will follow the prompts and create your own user ID and password.

The payment portal will accept payments to NWPL through KeyBank. You can rest assured that NWPL will not be storing or sharing your payment data. We hope that this feature will help to streamline the payment process for you while also prioritizing the safety of your information.
